We are pleased to inform that J Trust Royal Bank is now upgrading its card system in an effort to enhance card transactions security.

Effective from 22 March 2021, online transactions using Visa Credit and Debit Card will be protected by VISA 3D Secured and suspicious transactions may trigger a one-time password (OTP) to be sent to your registered email or phone number for two-factor authentication. Thus, please kindly note that it is important to update your contact details if you have changed.
