For the avoidance of doubt, the Merchant shall: (i) only be entitled to replace the alphanumeric voucher code, not the Offer or discount itself; and (ii) ensure that the replaced alphanumeric voucher code shall continue to entitle the Visa Cardholders to the relevant Offer.
