J Trust Royal Bank has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Urbanland for the residential borey project, Chankiri Palm Creek on Monday 28 June 2021.

Through this partnership, Borey Chankiri homebuyers can enjoy faster home loan processing and approvals, and loan options of up to 80% of purchase value.
The MoU was signed at Chankiri Sales Gallery between the Mr. Toru Myochin, CEO of J Trust Royal Bank and Mr. Hok Kang, Managing Director of Urbanland, witnessed by Mr. Vic Sisowath, Head of Personal Banking and Ms. Lida Diep, Finance Director, Urbanland.
