Terms & conditions

  • Please present your QR code obtained via the DragonPass app, along with your Boarding Pass, at the participating airport lounge front desk to access the facilities.
  • Access is granted to main cardholders and supplementary cardholders holding a qualified J Trust Royal Platinum Credit Card.
  • All cardholders will enjoy lounge access to Plaza Premium Lounge at Phnom Penh and Siem Reap International airports regardless of the travel class or the airline flown with. This includes food and beverage (unless otherwise indicated by the lounge management).
  • Expired/Lost/Stolen/Cancelled Cards will not be eligible for entry.
  • Access of J Trust Royal cardholders' guests and children is at the prevailing rates of lounges and solely at the discretion of the lounge management. All additional charges should be charged to a J Trust Royal Platinum Credit Card.
  • Airport Lounges reserve the right to refuse entry to any cardholders who cannot present the necessary documents.
