To prevent your account from becoming dormant, please perform a transaction at least one (1) time per year at any of our branches or via the JTR Mobile app.
If your account has already been marked as dormant, please visit your nearest branch or contact our Customer Care Center to initiate the reactivation process at 011 999 003 / 015 999 074 / 023 999 000 (personal customers).
