Phnom Penh, 30 January 2026 - The Friday Coffee Talk on “Operational Efficiency“ was presented by Mr. Saren Khchav, Head of Operations at J Trust Royal Bank, Head office on 30 January 2026.
More than 40 SMEs joined this sharing session dedicated to operational efficiency. Participants explored 

  • Understanding the key outcomes of strengthening operational efficiency;
  • Identifying the key enablers for achieving these outcomes; and
  • Learning how to measure operational efficiency using appropriate metrics.
