The launching event was held on 3 April 2026 under the high presidency of H.E. Hun Many, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Civil Service, and President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (Gala Dinner), H.E. Dr. Chea Serey, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, H.E. Dr. Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications.

The event aimed to promote the access to finance from financial institutions and investors through building the capacity of entrepreneurs in cash flow management, business planning, documentation preparation and investment readiness to ensure business are fully prepared to secure the capital needed for sustainable expansion. Together, we are developing the entrepreneurial ecosystem and strengthening the national economy.
