Phnom Penh, 15 December 2025 - J Trust Royal Bank formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Rabbit School Organization to support inclusive and quality education. The signing ceremony, which took place at the Rabbit School Organization, was presided over by Mrs. Sothearom Sor, Executive Director of the Rabbit School Organization, and Mr. Akihiko Kisaka, Deputy CEO of J Trust Royal Bank, and senior management from both institutions.

Through this partnership, the Bank makes an immediate USD 6,000 donation dedicated to strengthening the capacity of 16 public school teachers. This fund will cover specialized training in inclusive education, equipping them with the tools, methods, and skills needed to better support students with diverse learning needs.

Mr. Akihiko Kisaka, Deputy CEO of J Trust Royal Bank, stated that “every child, including those with intellectual disabilities and autism, deserves equal access to education and the opportunity to thrive. By sponsoring teacher training, we equip educators with inclusive teaching strategies that enable all children to succeed in mainstream classrooms. Through this, we pave the way for every child to be fully prepared for meaningful participation and reintegration into society.”

This partnership is rooted in shared values, aiming to improve the quality of education for children with intellectual disabilities and autism, thereby aligning with Cambodia’s commitment to UN’s Sustainable Development Goal 4.
