Terms & Conditions
- Eligible for all existing and new J Trust Royal Bank customers who perform any type of transaction via the new JTR Mobile during campaign period
- Different types of transactions perform via the new JTR Mobile will earn different numbers of eligible electronic lucky draw entries

- Total lucky draw entries will be calculated monthly and will not carry over to the following month
- There will be no repeated winners within the same month of lucky draw and all prizes is to be accepted as it is and non-exchangeable.
- The winners will be selected through an electronic lucky draw conducted by the bank on predetermined date in November, December 2025 and January 2026.
- Prize redemption:
- Cash prizes: to be credited into customer KHR account within 15 working days after the Bank completes the process of draw, verification and announcement of the winners. Winner’s account needs to be active
- Tumbler prize: the winners will be contacted by J Trust Royal Bank within 15 working days after the draw completed. The winners must claim the prize within 15 working days after being contacted by the Bank.
- Cash prizes: to be credited into customer KHR account within 15 working days after the Bank completes the process of draw, verification and announcement of the winners. Winner’s account needs to be active
- By participating in this campaign, the winners will automatically be required to participate in publicity activities where their picture, name may be disclosed to the public.
- JTRB’s staffs are not eligible for this campaign
- Terms & conditions governing the operational use of the JTR Mobile will follow the standard Terms & Conditions of the respective product/service.
- In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Khmer versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail
- J Trust Royal Bank reserves the right at its discretion to terminate this campaign or vary, delete, or add to any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
