The set-up process is easy. Simply login to Internet Banking or JTR Mobile and follow the prompts, or visit your nearest branch.

Set-up monthly payments for any J Trust Royal loan products, like your credit card or home loan, and never miss the due date. Not only can you thereby avoid any penalty fees for overdue payments but you can save time because you won’t need to visit a branch each month. You can also set-up a recurring payment for your utilities bills or any other regular personal expenses to another third party.
Flexible and user friendly
This feature can be accessed and setup through both JTR Mobile and Internet Banking facilities. It is very easy to set-up and gives you the flexibility to determine how much you want to pay, the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.), start and end dates, which of your accounts the payment is made from, and who the recipient will be. There is no limit on how many scheduled payments you can set-up and you can adjust or cancel them at any time.

Your Scheduled Payments can be a one-off or recurring funds transfer to any account within J Trust Royal Bank or other local banks.
Real-time debit from your account
Scheduled payments are linked directly to your specified account so any payment will be automatically debited from your account and visible in your transaction history, thereby helping you manage your money easily.
Fees & helpful information
Absolutely free set-up and no monthly fee for this service.
$10 Dishonour Fee if there is not enough balance for the scheduled payments.
Please ensure you input the correct account number for your payment recipient and make sure your account has enough funds to cover your payments to avoid any dishonour fees.
